We accept jobs through third-party lead services such as Thumbtack. When a homeowner requests a quote through one of those platforms, we receive the contact information and job details the customer chose to share with us on that platform.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. When you pay us, your card details are entered directly with that processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We may receive a receipt with limited details such as the last four digits of the card, the amount, and the transaction date.
